At SIDIZ, we want you to experience ultimate ergonomic comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack Your Chair

  Disassemble the product carefully and place it back in its original box with all components, manuals, and the printed RMA form.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection.
